Supporting the customer success manager in achieving a high performing team.Helping deliver high quality support services for Golding Homes to ensure support is provided to customers to sustain tenancies and support them where needed.* You'll support, coach, train,and work collaboratively with the support team to achieve maximum performance. *Ideally you'll have extensive experience of leading a team, coaching and motivating others to achieve targets and improve performance, along with extensive experience.
